Anambra 2021: Not Too Young To Run Exponent, Tony Nwulu Hails Nwankwo’s Emergence As Accord Party Guber Candidate

Are former member of the House of Representatives, Hon Tony Nwulu, has congratulated Mr. Alex Nwankwo on his emergence as governorship candidate of the Accord Party for Anambra state governorship election.

Hon Nwulu, who had  represented Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency in Lagos State, initiated the Not Too Young To Run Bill, on the floor the House of Representatives,  which was assented into law by President Muhammadu Buhari.

He was also the 2019 governorship candidate of the United Progressive Party, UPP in Imo State.

Nwulu commended Mr. Nwankwo for keying into the ideals, vision of the Not Too Young To Run Initiative, which seeks to encourage active youths participation in Nigerian politics, by reducing the age limit of youths aspiring for public offices.

The former federal lawmaker noted that the Initiative has provided ample opportunity for Nigerian youths to join in the quest and search for good governance and responsible leadership in the country.

Recall that Mr. Nwankwo was elected governorship candidate of Accord party at the party's guber primary held in Awka, Anambra State capital.

The event was witnessed by party stakeholders, chieftains and members.
