2019 ELECTION: POPULAR ABUJA SOCIAL GROUP, OMC CLAN JOINS VARDIAFRICA ON CAMPAIGN AGAINST VOTE BUYING. (Photos)

The sailing ship of "Say No To Vote Buying" campaign has received onboard, Abuja Popular Social Group, OMC, to establish a synergy that sustains fruition in the campaign for a democratically decided electioneering process.

According to the Project Director, Amb. Daniel Obah, the Chairman of Vardiafrica, he stated that their reasons for joining the campaign was to ensure that they contribute their quota to the advancement of democracy in Nigeria, especially in this critical moments, as 2019 general elections draw closer.

He stressed that, vote buying has been the reason behind the deteriorated democratic structure in Nigeria, highlighting that the campaign against vote buying will go a long way to enhance true democracy in our political structure.

The campaign has been joined by other remarkable persons and youths across Nigeria, which includes Amb. Kingsley Amafibe, the President of Peace Ambassador Agency, Mr. Emeka Nwugha Mac-Victor, 0.1 OMC Clan leader/ CEO Woodgate Structure LTD, Mr Henry Gbenoba, MC Washington, Destiny Biebara, and other vibrant iconic persons.

Amb. Daniel encouraged Nigerians to shun any exchange of their franchise for money. He stressed on the urgent attention required on the issue of vote buying. While reacting to the formidable situation he highlighted several facts about vote buying, he says "when you sell your vote, you mortgage your future and vote for the wrong person, and by that you have contributed to the problems of this country.

He also said that, your vote is your national value, so if you sell it, then you have valued yourself by the amount you sell your vote for. He ended by reiterating that our vote is our value and that our value is our vote.
