The round table attendee, took a look on the concept of budget implementation and the analysis of the problems affecting the budget implementation system.
They elaborated that restructuring is the only way Nigeria mega structure should be restructured, the federal, state and local government should all be restructured, the cost of governance are what should be restructured, National Assembly representing a particular local government, the state and house of representative should all agree on a particular law. Ever since 1993, Nigeria has been clamoring for restructuring and this process lies to the legislature to eradicate corruption.
How do we restructure Nigerian economic value? These are the question that tends to move the implementation of budgets. The restructuring transformation has called for a moment when the State government will come to restructure the economic system of their various states and not depending on the legislature any longer.

States like Lagos, understands that they don't have to keep quite and can be better even with their value aided tax just like Dubai, the federal government should support the executives to make sure Nigeria is restructured.

How do we restructure the fundamentals ? which is the economic system of the country and legal framework is excepted to used for restructuring.
